Zelensky says fourth Kyiv death caused by "six ballistic missiles against civilian infrastructure"

Russian attacks killed four people around Kyiv, including a child, as Ukrainian forces struck another Russian refinery. In Brovary district, drones demolished a home, killing two grandparents and their three-year-old grandson and hospitalizing three relatives and a neighbor. Zelensky said Kyiv’s fourth fatality was caused by a salvo of six ballistic projectiles aimed at non-military facilities. Ukraine’s air force reported intercepting 135 of 151 overnight drones. Ukraine faces a critical shortage of Patriot interceptors, and Zelensky has pressed allies for ammunition and tougher sanctions; Kyiv says it shot down roughly 5,300 of about 9,000 Russian drones and missiles last month. Meanwhile, falling drone debris sparked a fire at the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia, injuring five, part of Ukrainian strikes that have caused fuel shortages. Zelensky also began his first official visit to Serbia.
