Elon Musk says $100B annual revenue run rate is what SpaceX would get "if we basically did nothing"
“if we basically did nothing”

During SpaceX’s first earnings call as a publicly traded company, Elon Musk told analysts that the projected $100 billion annual revenue run rate by December was essentially what existing deals would deliver, not an ambitious target. That pace would more than triple the current run rate of roughly $30 billion. Deutsche Bank outlined supporting pieces: AI-compute payments from Anthropic, a Google contract worth up to $920 million monthly, a $6.7 billion six-month agreement the bank thinks may involve the U.S. government, and an expected additional large compute deal. The pending Cursor acquisition could add revenue too. But the bank also estimated capital spending of $120 billion to $320 billion for expanded AI capacity and possible new debt exceeding $100 billion, leaving part of the target reliant on future signings and Cursor’s growth.
