Trump had previously threatened to withdraw his endorsement, criticizing Boebert as “weak-minded” and noting she switched to a safer seat after her original district became difficult. Boebert is one of several GOP lawmakers who clashed with Trump; other rebellious members have lost primaries or resigned, leaving her as the last remaining if reelected. Despite Trump’s remarks, Boebert has maintained she supports both him and Representative Thomas Massie.
