JD Vance asks “You know who the Trump administration puts first?” at Ohio steel mill

The project, backed by $500 million from Cleveland-Cliffs and $500 million redirected from a Biden-era Energy Department grant originally meant, per local reporting, for a coal-to-electric/hydrogen furnace conversion, drew criticism from environmental advocates and nearby residents.
