Sergey Lavrov says Moscow sees British missile personnel's combat role as "participation in the war"

Russia’s foreign minister said Moscow could regard British missile personnel taking an active combat role against it as belligerents. The warning followed Russian accusations that Britain supplied Ukraine with blueprints for components of the French-made Scalp missile, which France may begin assembling inside Ukraine. Amid that standoff, The Financial Times reports, Britain is accelerating national-resilience work: a public campaign will advise households to keep canned goods and bottled water ready for extreme weather or cyberattacks, and a defence manual is being fast-tracked. A government source described the guidance as practical. From Kyiv, Britain also pledged to continue supporting Ukraine.
