Zelensky says "AFTER the President of the United States made his statement" about energy ceasefire

Following a declaration by the US President of an immediate "energy ceasefire" between Russia and Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of continuing to attack the nation's energy infrastructure. Zelensky stated that Russian drones and bombs struck a power plant in Kyiv and energy facilities in the Kharkiv region, causing power disruptions. These reported attacks occurred shortly after the US President's announcement, which Russia had not publicly confirmed agreeing to, raising doubts about the ceasefire's implementation.
