Donald Trump says he will be "the last Republican president" if Democrats win Congress, White House

At a Republican rally in Youngstown, Ohio, on Monday, President Trump warned that if Democrats capture Congress and the White House over the next two election cycles, Republicans would be unable to elect another president. Speaking in support of Sen. Jon Husted and gubernatorial nominee Vivek Ramaswamy, Trump asserted that Democrats would add electoral votes, senators and House members, and expand the Supreme Court; he said their target number of justices was higher than the 13 some have proposed. Democrats have pushed for changes to the court after Trump appointed three conservative justices, and former Vice President Kamala Harris has backed a 13-justice court and Electoral College changes. The rally came as Husted and Ramaswamy are in tight races despite Trump's prior victories in Ohio.
