Marco Rubio says “how do we harness the power of superintelligence?” about AI cooperation with India

At a Mumbai reception marking the 250th anniversary of American independence, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Washington and New Delhi see their partnership as pivotal for this century and are closely aligned on emerging technologies, especially advanced artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
