Donald Trump says Maher's show "always ends with dishonesty"
“When I have watched the show, which isn't often, it always ends with dishonesty, about me at least, but, who cares?”

Donald Trump publicly criticized comedian Bill Maher on social media, calling him a "loser" and a "dumb sleazebag" following an interview Maher conducted with former Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. Trump's extensive post on Truth Social attacked Maher's HBO program, claiming it consistently presents false information about him and that Maher desperately seeks his appearance on the show. This outburst occurred despite Trump having recently dined with Maher at the White House on two occasions. Maher, in his program's opening remarks, had stated Trump's approval ratings were historically low and that he was losing support within the Republican Party, claims Trump vehemently denied, citing his own high poll numbers.
