At a campaign gathering in Georgia, former president Donald Trump urged attendees to imagine his name listed on the ballot, saying his involvement boosts Republican vote totals by about half. He delivered the comment while endorsing Rep. Mike Collins, who is currently trailing Democrat Jon Ossoff in that congressional contest. The statement arrives as the 2026 midterm elections near, with Republicans hoping his influence will spur higher turnout in several closely watched races nationwide.
