Following a Paris summit of the Coalition of the Willing, Tusk said the talks focused on concrete steps to protect Ukraine and the surrounding region once fighting ends. The exercises are meant to equip participating nations to deliver such protections. Poland also expressed readiness to permanently station additional troops from allied countries.
