“He is fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which recently killed 52,000 innocent protestors, and has spent the last 47 years killing American Soldiers, and others. The only ones that should be arrested are the people that led Iran into this unprecedented SPIRAL OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION, something that should have been dealt with years ago, by previous Presidents!”
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani stated he is reviewing whether to enforce an International Criminal Court arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits the city, prompting a response from President Donald Trump. Trump posted online that Netanyahu will face no arrest in the United States, characterizing the Israeli leader as fighting Iran—which Trump accused of killing thousands of protesters and Americans over decades—and calling for those who led Iran to be arrested instead. Senator John Fetterman also dismissed Mamdani’s stance, calling the ICC a corrupt court and advising the mayor to focus on New York’s problems. The ICC warrant, issued in 2024, accuses Netanyahu of war crimes in Gaza, which he denies.
