Marco Rubio says "but right now they don’t seem to be serious about that" on talks with Tehran

Iran has responded by hitting energy and water infrastructure in neighboring Gulf states, while both sides have threatened civilian facilities. Diplomatic efforts, including mediation by Pakistan and Gulf nations, have shown no visible progress, and regional officials express deepening pessimism.
