Benjamin Netanyahu says Rubio's assurance on ICC "a very positive development"

Netanyahu, who faces an ICC arrest warrant over the Gaza war, described that assurance as a very positive development. He also welcomed the ouster of former ICC chief prosecutor Karim Khan, whom he accused of bringing baseless charges. Israeli media reports, citing anonymous officials, said Foreign Minister Gideon Saar directed a campaign to secure Khan’s removal. The Trump administration has imposed sanctions on the ICC, and Rubio has vowed to dismantle it.
